  • Before starting your application review your program admission requirements and program start dates, listed below. Use this information to select your application type, which should include the semester that you plan on starting.
  • There is a non-refundable $75 application fee required upon the submission of your application. 
  • If you are applying to more than one program, you will need to submit a new application for each program plus an application fee for each. To start another application, log out then back in and click "Start New Application" link.

Employee/Staff Application Fee Waiver

Full-time faculty or staff members of Texas Tech University, Texas Tech University HSC, or Texas Tech University HSC El Paso qualify for an applicant fee waiver.

  1. Complete the before finalizing and paying your application.

  2. Email the completed waiver to shp.application@ttuhsc.edu

  3. We are unable to refund if paid before submitting the waiver.
     
  4. Waiver covers the $75 application fee.

CAS Applications

Apply and submit admissions materials through the CAS Application for the following programs. The ϲͶע SHP Application will act as the supplemental application. Apply to the appropriate CAS Application before completing the supplemental application.



Program Deadlines

Dates are subject to change. Applications are considered on a rolling basis. Individual applications are reviewed once materials have been received; therefore, it is in the applicant's best interest to complete their application, including submission of required documentation, as early as possible. Fulfillment of the basic requirements does not guarantee admission. Detailed program information can be found on our SHP Program List page.
