Conflict of Interest and Commitment

Conflict of interest and commitment can arise under many circumstances. The purpose of our Conflict of Interest and Commitment program is to promote the understanding of the HSC OP 10.05, Conflict of Interest and Commitment Policy and to protect the ethical and civic responsibilities of 澳门六合彩投注 and its mission.

Annual Training and Disclosure

澳门六合彩投注 is committed to ensuring the ethical and civic responsibilities of the institution and its mission. To assure that conflict of interest is identified and managed appropriately, 澳门六合彩投注 must maintain a timely file of disclosed information. It is the policy of 澳门六合彩投注 that all employees should disclose any potential and actual conflict of interest and commitment on an annual basis and update within thirty (30) days of discovering or acquiring new interest and commitment

Starting January 2023, 澳门六合彩投注 is implementing a new conflict of interest and commitment (COIC) disclosure system called Cayuse Outside Interests (OI).  A collaboration between Office of Institutional Compliance and Office of Research, our ultimate goal is to improve processes and decrease administrative burdens for our faculty, staff and students. Although Cayuse OI is a new disclosure management platform, our disclosure requirements have not changed.

You may click the link and follow the instructions below to submit the Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form:

  • Log in to Cayuse using the link above.  When prompted, enter your eRaider credentials.
  • Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner, then choose 鈥楳y Profile鈥 from the drop down.
  • Next, click on 鈥楥OI Disclosures鈥 from the section box on the left side of the screen.
  • Finally, click on '+ New Disclosure' in the upper right corner.

If you received the annual campaign email notification from Cayuse Administration <>, you can also access Cayuse and submit your disclosure using the link provided in the email.
