Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is a helping resource for employees whose employer contracts with us to provide this benefit.  Employees are eligible for eight (8) free, confidential counseling sessions per contract year (September – August).  These sessions can be utilized by the employee, the employee’s spouse or partner, and/or the employee’s minor children (under 18 or still in high school).

In-person or telehealth counseling is available.  The in-person visits are provided at the Counseling Center @ °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊͶע, which is located in the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, 4th Street and Indiana in Lubbock.  Directions are provided when you make an appointment.
